Street Team Review of Raleigh Show - By Kristy Garr

The winds picked up in central North Carolina Wednesday afternoon as the dudes from Bang Camaro rode into town. An unseasonably warm day was fore-casted with thunderstorms and damaging winds into the night. The rain passed by us. The breezes were comforting after the sweat-inducing rock-fest that was the Camaro’s show. The only damage done Wednesday night was to my own liver and my poor voice -- destroyed as of this morning after a night of singing at the top of my lungs, and cat-calling the sexy dudes as they belted out amazing rock anthems.

Our night began with hanging around the Lincoln Theater with Bryn and Maclaine, meeting Rod and Morgan and Doz, Rod instructing the TV crew filming a music special on the night’s events for a local cable channel that "I needed face time on camera" that forced Bryn, fellow streets teamer and good friend Dawn, and me into a very uncomfortable "interview". Ha! Nothing like having to repeat what you just said 5 times, while sounding "natural"!

After concert-goers and band-members alike played RockBand for a while, the opening band, locals Untold, kept it together on stage. We watched and listened from the back of the venue anxiously awaiting our boys to rock us. And rock us, they did! The crowd was smaller than expected, but the energy was thick. The dudes were in full-form -- and the crowd LOVED it! The choir brought so much excitement and dedication to the songs; you couldn’t help but want to jump up on stage and grab a mic and belt out the lyrics right along with them. Bryn, Maclaine, Alex, and Doz played effortlessly (seemingly, that is. What do I know? I was just the girl in the front screaming the whole time!). If anyone unplugged their equipment last night, we certainly didn’t notice! The dudes kept us rocking and the audience was full of energy during the amazing set -- including the new song "Can’t Stop the Night". ROCK!

A highlight? When Nick hopped off the stage and asked the audience to sing along with them during Nightlife Commando! What a gentleman!

We had 2 guest choir members last night too: Jeremy from Charlotte, NC (not exactly "one town over") and Justin from Charleston, SC -- who had to leave right after the show, he had one helluva long drive ahead of him!

Hand’s down, one of the best shows I’ve been to. I look forward to their return.
